If you get an opportunity to ask about the process of making the oil, then grab it with both hands. The passion for this labour intensive process is infectious and a real joy to see.

There is a large free car park behind the main Thursday Montecatini market. To access the car park go through the main entrance of the Ippodromo Sesana (racecourse) and follow the trail on cars.
